Patricia Nilsen is an award-winning stenographer based in Middle Tennessee. She is licensed in Tennessee, California and Texas and specializes in realtime, daily copy and rough drafts in complex litigation. A court reporter since 1995, she has experience in all aspects of the field, including 14 years as a federal official in the Southern District of New York, where she regularly worked on high-profile and complex cases. Patricia spent several years working in the courts of The Bahamas, England and Ireland.

Realtime Stenography
Not all realtime is created equal. Some companies offer realtime feeds generated by Automatic Speech Recognition that "boast" 80-90% accuracy (without counting punctuation). Patricia's realtime accuracy rate is always above 99%, even on a bad day. iPads are provided at no cost to counsel for viewing.
